Complaints and disputes

If you have a complaint, please email info@bnkkam.com. We confirm receipt within five working days and respond substantively within fourteen days.

If we cannot resolve the matter together, you may bring the dispute before the competent court. You may also use out-of-court dispute resolution insofar as a competent body is available; on request we will provide the details applicable at that time. If you are a consumer, you always retain the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you habitually reside.
