Refund policy

This policy applies to the digital products you buy through this website, such as ebooks, prompt packs and templates. Because these are digital content, there are no physical returns. What does apply is your statutory right of withdrawal, which is set out below.

Your right of withdrawal

You have the right to terminate the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. That period begins on the day the contract is concluded.

When the right of withdrawal lapses

For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal lapses only once all three of the following conditions have been met:

you have given your express consent to begin delivery before the end of the cooling-off period;
you have expressly acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal;
we have confirmed that consent and acknowledgement to you on a durable medium.

You give that declaration by ticking the box on the product page, just before you place your order. What you declare there appears verbatim on your order and in your confirmation email, so that you can always read it back.

If any one of these three conditions has not been met, you retain your right of withdrawal and we will refund the full amount.

When you owe nothing

On withdrawal you owe no payment whatsoever where you did not expressly request delivery to begin within the cooling-off period, where we did not inform you about the right of withdrawal before the contract was concluded, or where not all three of the conditions above have been met. In those cases you receive the full amount back.

How to withdraw

Send an email to info@bnkkam.com containing an unambiguous statement that you are withdrawing from the contract, or use the model form below. We confirm receipt without delay.

Refund

We refund all payments received from you within fourteen days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same means of payment you used, unless we agree otherwise together. Refunds are free of charge for you.

If the product is not in order

Separately from the right of withdrawal, you are entitled to a product that conforms to the contract. If a file does not work, is incomplete, or does not match the description, report this via info@bnkkam.com. We will put it right free of charge. If repair is impossible or does not take place within a reasonable period, you are entitled to a price reduction or to terminate the contract. These statutory rights always remain in place, including after your withdrawal period has expired.

If a download link no longer works, we will send you a new one free of charge on request.
